1. Apple Watch and Microphone

Metronome & Jam works with Apple Watch to provide features such as haptic feedback in time with the tempo and control of the App from Apple Watch. The App also requests access to the microphone to follow the tempo of your performance.
Information exchanged with Apple Watch and audio signals captured by the microphone are used solely to provide the App's features and are processed on your device. Audio signals and recordings are not stored or retained, and are never transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.

2. In-App Purchases

Metronome & Jam offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information, such as credit card details.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App may store settings such as your preferred tempo and other app preferences locally on your device to provide its features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
The App may also be affected by changes to Apple Watch, iPhone, or operating system specifications, network conditions, or the condition of your device. As a result, some features may not function as expected in certain circumstances.
